Where can I buy SoLow products?
Our products are available right here on our online store. By selling direct, we cut out unnecessary middlemen and keep prices SoLow. Looking for something specific? Get in touch and we’ll help where we can!
Which currency will I be charged in?
All prices are shown in ZAR, and all orders are processed in South African Rand.
Do you ship overseas?
No — we currently operate in South Africa only, and deliver nationwide within South Africa.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Strand, Cape Town.
Are there any shipping costs?
Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the product’s size/weight and your delivery address (as determined by the courier). Return shipping costs are not covered.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes. Once your parcel is booked with the courier, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can also use our Order Tracking page anytime.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use major courier partners available in South Africa, depending on the best option for your delivery location.
Can I collect my product(s)?
Yes. If collection is available for your order, you’ll be able to select it at checkout. Collections are from Strand, Cape Town.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied, contact us within 10 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the return process as quickly as possible.
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately and we’ll help resolve it as soon as possible.
