We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at the lowest possible cost.

Shipping Costs

Our general shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your order, starting from R99.

The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout once you:

• Add your items to cart
• Enter your delivery address

Large & bulky items (for example couches, sofa chairs, double-door fridges, large stoves and ovens) carry a flat delivery fee of R850 per item due to specialised courier requirements.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within:

• 1 – 2 business days under normal conditions
• Up to 4 business days during peak periods

Orders are only processed on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within:

• 2 – 4 business days for main centres

During busy seasons, promotional periods, or around public holidays, delivery may take:

• 7 – 10 business days

Important Delivery Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
• Remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
